I have asked EE showroom people to cancel my contract on my 14 pro max and insurance on both phone and watch in july 2025
and told them to keep internet on sim, which they agreed to charge around 28-30£ monthly.
but only recently I came to see they are charging me 120+ £ every month from july 2025.
this is too much and i need my money back.
i dont even use that watch or phone

Hi @Sagarprsp
If you had requested to make the change of plan through the store, you would have signed a new contract which would have been emailed to you or given in paper format as @JimM11 has mentioned.
If you still had that, then the store would be able to chase this for you, but it would not be something they'd have access to after 15 months.
If you don't have access to it, you can give our customer service guides a call so they can check your account to see if there is any record of this showing and open a complaint if you are not happy with the outcome.

@Sagarprsp From July 2025 15 Months ago, then either call EE CS or go back to the shop.

@Sagarprsp : What are they charging you £120+ for? Is that for your fixed Home Broadband? Cuz that's where you posted.
If you no longer want any Home BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term.

@Sagarprsp Then give the store what it needs, when you cancelled the contract for the Phone and the two insurance policies EE would have supplied an E-Mail saying what you asked was done, if it did not happen then 15months later seems like a long time ago and you not seeing or taking care off it. You need to take it all up with the shop since that is were you did it all.
