I ordered a sim only contract on the 10/11/23 order number xxxxxxxxxxxx, but i was keeping my same phone number, .but my handheld phone contract ended today 18/12/23.
My sim only contract was to start on the 18/12/23 but my phone has now stopped working and i have no way of contacting anyone but i haven't received anything from EE.
what am i going to do now my phone has stopped working
