Ee messaged me to say that a new agreement was in my ee.I am presuming this is to sign or read and tick.Where would I find this.ive looked everywhere.Tia

Cancel monthly payments for wiki mini - no one answers phone - terrible servise

I want to cancel my monthly payments as Wi-Fi mini not used and can not get through to any one.  Can’t do it digitally as even though it has a mobile number I can not see the pass code that is sent to it - as it is a Wi-Fi hub - help

Havent got my promotion pack with upgrade

Hi I upgraded my phone 2months ago and as I know Samsung do promotions every month. I upgraded from ee but didn't get my promotion pack What can I do to claim it? 

09015 numbers

I've recently changed to a similar only contract and have noticed on my recent bill that I've been charged nearly 6 quid for a 3 second call to an 09015 number which I never called. How do I raise this issue with ee and has anyone else had this?
