- Why does it say I've paid my bill when I haven't yet ? , also my phone is insured does that mean my charger is as well ? And how do I go about claiming for a new charger ?

Hi @MarkyDan55
Honestly it's cheaper to buy a new charger from Amazon and less hassle.
Is your bill on direct debit. Are you looking at last month's bill.
Thanks

@MarkyDan55 : If you're paying by DD then it is set in motion by EE on your billing date & EE assumes that it will be paid within 7 days.
