Hello, I spoke to someone last week regarding an upgrade to simp only and this was agreed it would now cost me £8 per month but u have taken £27 out of my account today?Could you please have a look at this for me. Many thanks Nicola Irish 

My contract has been cancelled

Hi can I get my contract back . It’s been cancelled . I was having issues with payment . I want to make payment now because I’m settled now. Is there  by any way I could have my account back

Upgrade?

Enquired about upgrading phone on a shared plan that had been running (contract) since September 2021 and had ended September 2023 and was informed I wasn’t eligible to upgrade yet? Please advise ?
