Struggling to pay my bill

I am in an awful situation. I have recently lost my job which has made it very hard to afford my overall house bills along with my phone contract.

Next month is going to be the worst of months with me getting nothing from Universal Credit due to my partners earnings. My phone contract is very pricey and I’m worried I’m not going to be able to pay it in full or at all next month. I really don’t want to affect my credit score, but I feel I am out of options.

What is the appropriate options I can take? I did contact someone from the customer service team over web chat however it was very blunt and didn’t really explain how any of the options work.
