How often can you change an add on?

I am looking to upgrade my sim only plan which I have the option for. The 1 I am going for is £32 but half price for 3 months. It has 1 add on available, how often can you change the add on?

You can change your inclusive extra every 30 days. 

When you change Inclusive Extra this can take up to 24 hours to activate.
