Help with changing plan

Hi, i need help with changing my plan. Ive chose the All Rounder SIM Unlimited £36 6MHP, £36.00 monthly plan. When i look at my bill now it is saying that it is actually £72 after the 6 months. nowhere on my contract did it say £72 after the 6 months. what i was shown was it will be £36 per month after the 6 months half price, and £18 for the half price months. I need help to change this plan. I have just started this contract.
