Resolved! About upgrade fee

If I pay my upgrade fee and do I keep my phone or have to send it back to EE ? And what happen the upgrade fee do EE take off my money first or wait until when they shipping the phone out ? I m bit confuse , Would like to upgrade iPhone 15 Pro Max !

increase bills

Good Morning I would like to know why my bill has increased from £55 PM to £ 81 this was never agreed and there is no way I will continue to pay this amount

Hi, I am due an upgrade and whenever I go to upgrade via the EE website and pick a device to view a plan it will tell me there are no suitable plans available and this will be no matter what device I pick, is there an error of sort?
