Extra charges

Hiive had a high amount of extra charges this month but it only says the price of the charge on the bill and not what it was for?how can i find out what the extra charges were for?and the hopefully stop them

We've had exactly the same on 8th and 10th November, total of £190, did you get this resolved, and if so who took the liability, this is my sons account and he has no charges on his playstation, this is clearly a scam!
