Hi @Cristina95kkk,

If you'd like to cancel your plan without moving your number to another network, you'll need to get in touch on 150 to give 30 days notice of cancellation.

Why I need to give a 30 days notice if my contact is ending this month

Hi @Cristina95kkk,

Your plan isn't automatically cancelled at the end of the minimum commitment period, it just reverts to a 30 day rolling contract which can be cancelled at any time by giving 30 days notice.
