I have a phone and sim contract due to expire in August. I've been trying to look at upgrade options and cost however I am unable to look at the shop whilst signed into my profile but when not signed in I can access the shop no problem. Because I can't access the shop while signed in I am unable to see the cost for early upgrade or the cost/deals available on upgrade for myself.

Hello @Dblearon87
I would try clearing your Browser History, Cache, Cookies or a different browser.
If not try calling 150 and see what deals they can offer you or even pop into a EE Shop

Have you tried the EE App? As it's allowing me on the App.

Why are you asking people to call? By calling you are hounded by sales people, why can’t we check our upgrade on the website?

Hello
I'm just saying that if they ain't getting to see what upgrades are avaiable on their account using EE by the Web Brower or App they could phone to see what EE can offer, However I'm not forcing them. It's entirely their choice.
If it ain't working then it must be a EE error or account isn't available to show updates. I ain't an expert in IT

You can check via the EE app it’s under Manage>View your plan details> and scroll down. If you’re still within your contract period to upgrade before the standard upgrade period you have to have a more costly tariff then you have now . That’s the T&Cs upgrade early. You can upgrade in the standard upgrade period and that is 45 days before the minimum term and then you can have any price point tariff you want. You’ll not see any upgrade offers before your standard upgrade period.
And customer services are there to help if you’re not instead in any else they offer just say no thanks you not hounded at all. And seeing as this this a public forum then advice on how to proceed might be given as a call to customer services. It’s down to the individual on if they do this. Perfectly reasonable advice.
