Airtime rewards

I claimed £10 airtime rewards at the beginning of may it never came of my phone bill.

I waited yo see if it came of June's bill and it didn't, what can I do about this ?

@Kazzer83   Did you get a confirmation when you added the £10 to your account?  You always get a notification when you do this.     Have you ever done this before now ? If is this your first time doing this ?      In the air time rewards app go to MORE>My Network is EE selected?    You might need to contact Air time rewards directly you can use THIS
