Mobile bill

Why can't I check my mobile bill on the app or in the EE website? I've been trying for a few days and still can't see it. Only says that they can't load the information and it's their fault not mine?!

EE have messed up my direct debit,. Since they changed the way of billing they have only been taking the direct debit payment for my calls/data and not for my mobile phone so now i am going to have a bill of £300. What can i do about this as this is ...
