Upgrade query

Hi, I am due an upgrade shortly and noticed that the phones and plans are priced individually now, on my current plan I have a 20% MRC discount as I have a second plan. My question is if I upgrade do I still get the 20% discount off the entire cost? Or does the discount only apply to the plan? Thanks

Hi @Derren2502 It's great to hear that you're due a new upgrade shortly. 

We'd need to get access to your account so we can check how your plan is structured with those discounts at the moment, then we'll be able to put together a deal that's right for you.

I'd recommend giving our upgrades team a call by dialling 150 from an EE phone, then select options 1, 4 then 2
