I am getting this problem. I often add a purchase on play store but it is showing unavailable. Its been fine until now. I've checked settings. I still have it as a payment method but I can't access the ee play store billing feature.

downgrade plan

I'm currently on a £71.26/month plan. My contract ends on the 9th of February. How do I change to a much lower priced plan?
