I'm looking to change my address on my account;
I have gone into Accounts and Subscriptions and where it says 'Address' it does not display my previous address or give me the option to change it - is this normal? It just says 'Your account holder can change these settings' - I am the account holder!

You haven't set your account up correctly. You need to change your settings via your online account - Plan and Subscriptions - Manage numbers.
You can also change your address. Alternatively you can call EE CS on 150.
