Hi there, I’ve bought a PAYG sim (also transferring the number)on EE website at the end of June, but I found I typed the wrong address and called the CS team next day. The CS suggested that I could cancel the order, and I agreed. Till now I haven’t gotten any refund on the bank acc, and I have contacted the CS two more times, they all checked and promised the refund was on the way. I’m absolutely disappointed on that. And I don’t know how to get refund.

I'm disappointed to hear that you've not received your refund yet as expected.
The best thing to do is to get back in touch with the team to find out what stage things are at. You'll be able to open a complaint with the Guide you speak with over the phone, and escalate this to a Team Leader if needed.
I'm really confident this will be resolved.
