I placed an order on Friday via the phone for a tablet, supplied my delivery address details etc. I was told delivery would be Monday and that I would receive a tracking number from DPD. We are now on Tuesday and i've not received anything, not the item or any tracking information. I did receive an email saying my order was despatched but there's no information on that either, can someone please advise?

Hi @lstarling73
If tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
You should download the DPD app as well becase any delivery to the registered address will be shown.
