Impossible to pay bill abroad

I'm currently in Brazil, and have been here for seven weeks. I'm leaving for South Africa tomorrow for an additional four weeks. For some reason it is proving impossible to pay my mobile phone bills, and now EE have reduced my coverage to the point where I cannot even receive or send text messages. I have tried a thousand times to pay EE, via the app, the website, and by calling. The app says it cannot load my information right now; the website allows me to log on, and allows me to see the amount I need to pay (see images below), but once I click 'View my bill' it redirects me to a page which doesn't load properly (again see images), and occasionally redirects me to a different page with instructions to link my phone to the account (it's already linked) - and when I try to link it again, of course, it sends my phone a passcode which I cannot receive because I'm under reduced service. When I try to call 360 to pay it blocks the call because I'm calling from Brazil.

Is there anything in the world I can do to pay this bill? I want to pay it; I have the money to pay. This whole experience is making me question my choice of service provider. I'd appreciate the minimum of advice and support one might expect from a communications company. I simply want to pay.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @jpdha, welcome to the EE Community 😊

I appreciate how important it is to keep on top of your account and bills whilst you're travelling, and definitely want to make sure we help point you in the right direction for getting this checked out.

Whilst 360 won't work whilst you're overseas, if you're calling from an international number or service like Skype, you can reach our customer care team on +44 7953 966 250 and they can check how everything is set up at our end.

In the meantime though, the fast payment link @XRaySpeX shared is a great option for ensuring that the bill is sorted in the meantime, and will work with any EE number.
