I have got bill which is 32 pounds are deducted from My account! I want to know what is actual package of EE mobile network?

Can anyone answer the following. I’ve had a bill date come through for on or after the 7th May but my bank account is showing it coming out on the 8th of May. Do you know if that will be the date it’s taken (8th may)
