Upgrade

Hi!  I bought my iPhone 12 three years ago with the SIM plan. I've already finished paying it off and now I'm only paying for a SIM plan. This plans will ends on 25 April of 2025. I would like to upgrade my contract, taking a new phone. 

Upgrade is not showing to me. Does anyone knows when it’s possible to upgrade?

If you text UP to 150, you'll get a link to upgrade, as well as a couple of other methods.

Hi Christopher,

i tried a lot of times to message UP to 150, I always receive this message: “Sorry we cannot process your request, please try again a little later.”

When I go to “Upgrade “ on website, it is showing this:

Hey BRUNA, you can add another plan to your account or you’ll soon be eligible to upgrade on (my phone number) iPhone 12

i don’t know where can I find the information about when I can upgrade It

If you are unable to view the upgrade date, please call us on 150 and our mobile guides can check the account for you and see when this will be available 🙂
