I have a main box and a mini box with my broadband. I am getting a message that I have too many boxes connected to my broadband. What should I do?

If you pay or have included an extra box subscription then that should not be happening. I would make sure the software is up to date (Via settings) also try resetting the EE TV Data via the settings in the EE app. If you are still having issues after that contact Technical Support and they will fix
