Sim only contract but want to upgrade to phone and sim

I have 2 sim only contracts but want to upgrade the one to phone and sim with Samsung s24 deal is it possible.

New customers to SIM-only must remain on the chosen plan for an initial 6month period before upgrading to a phone-plan.

If you moved to SIM-only from a phone plan. you can move back at any time.
