Resolved! Mixed Message from EE

ee says this to me... so I ask for the balance and I get this... then they tell me I dont pay the bills on time - but how Can i when the messages I get from EE are so mixed. One min I own money. the next min by balance is zero. Where is the clarity?

I went away on holiday’i was overcharged by £60’i come back to a bill of £189’i paid the bill and was told the £60 EE owed me would be credited to my next bill’EE still have not refunded me my money in nearly 2 months’if I don’t pay my latest bill’it...

Hello, I’ve got a Samsung galaxy tablet which the contract ended on 23rd June 2025. I am paying £13 a month for the tablet and 5gb of internet. The contract has ended but Im still being charge for both. How can I cancel this? I don’t use the internet...
