EE Flex Plan

Hi, so I am in the middle of my Flex plan - I’m struggling to find an answer to this question. Am I allowed to change the plan to something more suitable? By this I mean continue both plan and device as normal but just changing to a better plan that suit me better? Especially the new plans as some include EU roaming and even watch data. Much appreciate any help in advance.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can change the plan at any time during the course of the contract, but it would only be by increasing the plan.

If you get in touch with our billing guides, they can have a look at the options of changing the plan for you.
