If you have a Flex Pay Contract with a Device and Tariff? If so these are billed separately and come out on two different direct debit.
If not then you will need to call EE on 150 to question it.

I have notices on my bank account that over the last few months I have had two different direct debit take money out my bank . One says EE Limited and the other one says EE LtD. The EELimted is my usual account but the EE LTD has been showing on my bank statement aswell the last few months.

Have you taken out a phone contract with a flex plan? The device and tariff are billed separately.
