EE is giving me credit for a deal that was offered and not fulfilled. Said it would go into the account how long does this take?

Unable to download invoice

Hi there, For a while now I have been unable to access the invoices for my phone. This is a company phone and I am expect to download the invoices monthly. Is it possible to fix this? Is there an option to get EE to send paper invoices instead?
