I've done everything but still can't access my billing. I'd really like to see my charges especially when EE mis sold my a contract, if I'd have been able to see my bill I would have caught on the the mis sold contract earlier.

As @Chris_B has advised, you'd need to speak with one of our guides who investigates a mis-selling of a contract with you.
I'm very sorry that you feel that the contract was mis-sold.
We only want our contracts to be sold ethically, so I'm keen for this to get looked into for you.
What happens when you try to access your bill?
Could you try uninstalling, then reinstalling your app, then try to access your bill again please?
