@eemugmeoff If you keep getting late payment charges I’ve got a feeling you’ve missed one bill and are now paying in arrears and not upfront for the month ahead.

@eemugmeoff no one here knows who you are and there is no access to your account as this is a public forum. Nothing about your bill can be resolved from here unless you’re willing to speak to customer support so until you do nothing will get resolved.

This is a community forum and none of us work for EE and your issue cannot be resolved on here.
You keep addressing your posts with "you" as if you are talking to EE, but you are not.
It is like trying to message a celebrity by posting on a Facebook fan group page, the right person isn't going to see it but other people can.
Your only solution is to get in touch with customer services if you want to dispute these charges, no one here can resolve it for you because we are all fellow customers.

Hi @eemugmeoff
Mobile bills usually need to be paid within 8 days of being generated. If the payment is received after 8 days you may be charged a late payment fee.
Any late fees are added to the next bill after the late payment was made.
So if the £59.98 bill shows a late payment fee, it will the previous month bill that had been paid late.
You can find out more on our What happens if I've missed a payment page.

Hi @eemugmeoff
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We do not have access to your account here in the community. This is a peer to peer forum for users to help each other.
Some issues require someone to look at your account and bills to make sense of what has happened and make sure you're billed correctly.
I understand you're really upset about this, so I recommend contacting our customer service team to open a complaint, or filling out the complaint form on our website. Our complaints team will look into what has happened an contact you to talk about it.
I hope you manage to get sorted.
Chris
