I can no longer see invoices on the EE portal. I have tried chrome and edge but nothing is displayed. Has anyone else had issues? Any suggestion would be appreciated as I now have two standing order payments made with no invoice to process against either.

You should still be able to view the invoices on the website, the EE app is just another option and it was just to see if the same or similar thing happened in the app as well.
Are you able to try to download the app to see if you can view the invoices?

Could you please let us know a bit more about what's happening when you go to view these invoices?
Also is it a mobile or broadband account that you're looking to check these for, and are you able to view these details in the EE app?

Hi Peter,
It is a mobile account I am trying to access, I can log in to the account ok, I select Mobile and then Billing and Invoices and the screen just displays the bottom half of the web page?
I am not using an EE app - is that the only way to access invoices now?
Sorry to sound a bit vague, my ledger clerk recently left, but I 'm sure she was getting the monthly invoices from the website, although I may be wrong if there is a better way to access them, please let me know. Thanks Louise
