So being morally correct here and not wanting to have some unexpected bill when someone figures this out I'm trying to understand why my Gamepass perk is still active when I haven't had an EE contract since March 2024.
Xbox account says subscription provided by EE/BT and I can't cancel it. EE doesn't show anything as I have no active contract.
any help appreciated. Thanks.

@Eximo84 Have you tried calling customer support? If you’re not an EE customer then obviously nothing will show.

We don't want you to have any cocerns about being hit with an unexpected bill, so I'd love to help you with this. Had you taken out any plans with us that came with a Game Pass for a set amount of time?

Hi Rach_H. My contract included a perk. That perk was Gamepass which was then monthly. My contract cancelled a few months back and I assumed Gamepass would then cancel on my Xbox account at the end of the billing period (1 month) but it kept rolling.
Essentially I have free game pass right now as I'm not being billed from either EE or Xbox but obviously that isn't right and like I said I don't want some massive bill unexpectedly for a service which shouldn't be running anymore.
I could call customer service but 150 won't work and I don't want to incur charges.
