Universal Credit

I am in receipt of Universal Credit and have just read a newspaper article regarding some mobile suppliers providing reduced tariffs for those on Universal, does this include EE?

Cancelling a device

Has anyone had problems cancelling a device? I've rung 3 times so far and still have the device on my account. Telephone calls don't seem to be working - anyone got any suggestions as to where to go next?
