impossible to download my pdf bill!

I have not been able to upload my pdf bill for two months now. Please solve this problem. I don t use EE app

Hi @Valentina13 I'm concerned to hear that you can't download your bills.

Are you trying to download your bills via your My EE account on a web page?

Hi,

I can't see my bills online on my iMac.   I log in to my EE account and click on bills and payments and it shows nothing.

Are you using Safari browser? If you haven't done so already, have you tried clearing your browser cookies and cache? 

If it's still not loading, can you try through an alternative browser?

I have not been able to download my broadband bill wither online or on the app since the changover from BT despite over 20 phone calls and over an hour with help from the local  EE shop. The money is being taken every month from  my bank account -I have a mobile with ee too, can access that bill no problem but am very fed up with my broadband accont problem  & thinking of switching as I cant face going through it all again on the phone- every time they say its fixed but it never is

Is the Broadband account on the same login as the mobile account?

This is awful, you get as far as the bill on the webpage and the app. You then klick download pdf and it tells you that it failed in the app and just does nothing on the webpage. It didn't use to be like this.

Which browser are you using? 

Can you try using Chrome browser? 

If you're still having a problem please call Customer Service on 150 where a guide will be able to check your online account access is still set up correctly.

We use Chrome browser and we still have the same problem. This is not acceptable since the mobile is used for business purposes and the monthly bills need to be properly accounted for. This has been going on for weeks now! What is the solution?

yes and they checked that in the local EE shop I have called 150 over 10 times and still not sorted out, they always promise 

it will be fine but its not. and yes am using chrome browser
