I am unable to view and download a PDF of my monthly bills on the app and website. Can someone please help with this?

Welcome to the community.
There are a couple of things to try if you haven't already, which are to uninstall and reinstall the app, and clear the cookies and cache from your browser. It is also worth trying a different browser or device to see if this still occurs.
