impossible to download my pdf bill!

I have not been able to upload my pdf bill for two months now. Please solve this problem. I don t use EE app

Are you able to try any other browsers or devices, @Aerotrope and @gill1403?

If you're still unable to download on those invoices, I can only recommend speaking with our team on 150 so that they can log it against your account.

I have the same problem.  Download bill has not worked on the website for months.  As of today it does not work on the app either where it says "View and Pay your bill" but there is no "View"!  In either place you just get dumped in screens that don't help.  Never get to the list of bills to download that used to be there.  Tried the so-called chat function, the bot quickly runs out of ideas and you are dumped in limbo land, no response from "next available agent", I don't believe it is actually connected.  

Really appalling customer service.  If I could be bothered with the disruption I would leave (small business account 10 users).  

Probably all mobile firms are equally poor.  If only I could set it up to email me the bill every month I'd be happy.

Are you currently on a business account or personal account?

I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this for you.

It is January and we still have the same problem, no bill downloadable on our business EE account. In December I spoke and had bills sent to our email by the very helpful 'Aditi', who now seems to not answer the same email, which is a shame. So back on the phone, explaining the same problem again which hundreds if not thousands of customers have already reported. Not good enough.
