Ambiguous Communications

Can anyone tell what this message means? Does "Your invoice is paid" mean the same as "your invoice is overdue"?Where can I see the actual status if the status page on the account shows contradictory information?

Yeah sound reply there. EE don't discuss that with you at the point of sign up. This is just another underhand way of extracting more fiat from you. Wake up, it is deliberate.

14 Day Change of Mind

I bought a phone in store, but they didnt have a display or stock to look at so ordered one am I right in thinking I can still return as they didnt have displays to handle look at. The welcome email also mentions 14 day change of mind. Thanks
