Hi @PTCW
If you're seeing an error on the EE app, can you please try your main online account?
From there, go to Bills & Payments, Manage Direct Debit, and Change Direct Debit. The next screen that appears is where you can type in all the new details and save them for future payments.
We have a handy page Set up or change a Direct Debit which may also be useful.

Tried this. Keep getting 'Sorry Something Went Wrong. 2 days now. Got through to Manage/Bills and Accounts, but nothing for Direct Debits.
