Is anyone having trouble downloading and printing invoices? This problem has been going on a while now.Many thanks in advance

Thanks for coming to the community. 

What happens when you try and download the bills? Can you access your billing details in the EE account but unable to download and print the bills? 

Have you tried another device or web browser?
