Why is my bill saying £59.68 when I’ve payed it and on time ?? Also why have I still got £7 on there for late payment when I wasn’t late

Why does my bill always say I owe money and my bill should be pay by date that I paid at least a week before ???? You still have a over payment £7 on there what I’m not paying because I paid it on time and why does it say it may take up to 15 mins to show after paying when it’s been over a week and it’s still not showing??? Thing firm is getting rapidly crap . Nothing is straight forward and the easiest tasks are such a mission for you .

Hi @eemugmeoff It sounds like this is causing you quite a bit of stress, so I'm keen to get some clarity for you.

Your bill is usually updated on your billing date, so if any amendments need to be made, those won't show until your next bill has been produced.

I'd recommend giving our billing team a call on 150 from your phone or 07953 966 150 from any other device, you can find our contact us page here

I’m ringing nobody you do me nut all year you done me nut and me nut can’t take no more . Anyway I will ask the same question . Why am I still been charged for late payment when I wasn’t late and why does it say 15 mins to adjust after paying  2 weeks still not been adjusted and what’s the point me being able to look at my billing page if it’s constantly wrong I’d be better without one don’t you think

We are going into months now that you charged me £7 for a late payment that I wasn’t late for . Since then I have payed my bill on time as always but not payed the £7 that you over charged me for . Since then all though my bill has never been payed in full I’ve not been charged for late payment. Are we going to get this £7 removed or you gonna keep it going till end of contract??? I’ve been with you for years with 2 phones but this last contract ( and will be the last ) has been agro since before I actually signed the contract and till today things have not been completed and Ive gave up caring about them . I’ve been taken as fool I’ve been spoken to in a sarcastic way many of time and treated like a 3 yr old ,  to the point they will give me badges for this like I’m a good boy and if I keep going before I know it I will have the full badge set but all my problems still unsolved. I’m not the brightest person in the world but if people can’t see your taking the pi55 out there intelligents you’ve cracked it , but let me tell you something I’ve never known a good company like yourself lower there standards so low so fast in all my life . For a company I spoke highly ov you turned me into a hater . Anyway you recon this £7 is gonna get sorted ??? Ain’t hard just look when you charged me and when I payed , honestly it’s not hard I give you a badge that nobody has got if you can . You would be a fool to not take that offer up 

The way I was last spoken to I’d sooner not . Look let me help you . Go to my bill when i was charged for late payment see the date I payed then remove it from my bill ??? Easy really ain’t it I’m sure you don’t need me to solve your problem . I’ve been trying to solve your problems since the beginning of my contract that’s still not been solved I’ve learned to live with them  , all I know is I’ve been months trying to solve something so easy I give up it just shows your company ain’t up to it no more . It’s a shame you was a quality company but ya fell out of bed bow

If only you knew . We could all sit here getting our badges telling people ring customer service if it was that easy It would have been solved when I did do that . So for another badge from me if you can solve what my next move should be without ringing customer service and don’t say msg I got 100s of them with hourly waits still waited but to be nobbed off next morning back were I started .  Even been told 30 mins wait before mid day to never get back to me and as I say nobbed off next morning and put me back into my EE depression box  till I get the courage to try it again 

lol you make me laugh as I said will happen I have been ranked up like a Boy Scout for sharing your issues about my contract that’s still you can’t solve . Mad mate tell you what I’m gonna do ? I’m gonna go see if I can find someone to pat me on the back because you make me feel really special … lol you sure Kieth Lemmon ain’t the new owner sure I see a film like this but not as funny
