Took money but said payment failed

Hi there I have literally just paid my bill however it said payment failed on the app however the amount has been taking out of my bank account. Will this be refunded or will it be taking as a successful payment. Just looking for a bit of insight thanks.

@Blair1910  You’ll need to allow up to 24h for your account to update or you can give customer support a call tomorrow
