Cannot log into my account. Have been on phone for hours to Tech department without success. I have tried all their suggestions without solving the problem. Today is Saturday the 10th and have call booked with Tech department on Tuesday 13th with " senior technical support person ?" to try and fix problem. All previous attempts failed after many hours on the phone most of the time on hold. My fault I moved my Broadband and Phone from BT to EE big mistake!

I'm disappointed that our technical support team hasn't been able to resolve this for you yet. 
However, I'm pleased to hear that they're following up and calling you back next week. Hopefully, you'll not have to wait too much longer for this to be all sorted out.

Well I can only hope the problem can be resolved on Tuesday when I speak to
Tech again.
