So. When I go to upgrade it take me from the app to a web page and asked me to log in.when I log in it says account Closed in a red box and say for the best deals you have to be an ee customer. I HAVE BEEN WITH EE FOR 22 YEARS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSED. I pay the bill monthly. So why can't I upgrade on an upgrade anytime plan. What's going on?

Thanks for coming to the community.
I can appreciate your frustration at seeing this when you are wanting to look at upgrading.
Do you see the closed message anywhere else in the app or can you view the rest of your account as normal?
If you login to the website without going through the app, does it show the same error when you try to upgrade?
