I am unable to view any of my bills when logging into my account either online or via App. Not been able to see anything for a few days at least. Have spoken to EE who promised a call back but I have yet to speak further. Is anyone else having similar issues?

I’ve tried a different browser, using my laptop and still run into the same problem. I and many other people can get worried when can’t view bills so hopefully this will get sorted,

What is wrong with this company?
In 2025 you log into your online account - no information is available whatsoever about your account - INLUDING BILLS.
Install ee App - no information is available whatsoever about your account - INLUDING BILLS.

You should be able to view this in both your online account and your app, so it does sound like there may be an issue with something in the background of your account. If you give our team a call then they will be able to takea look, and help you to get this sorted.
