Unable to see bill or login

I live in Portugal but still use my EE UK phone + sim. I cannot logon to view my bill without being blocked from the site. On my phone app I cannot view my bill as it just shows a loading screen forever.

I have called multiple times and I get silence then hung up on.

I've had £37 taken from my bank when my bill says £32. My bill should be less than £32 anyway so i don't understand the extra charge??

There's just no explanation or way to see why you're taking more and more money from me.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having accessing your account, and I can absolutely understand your concern given the increase in your bill. Have you been able to log into your app without any issues previously, and have you been able to make calls before now?
