Unable to access copies of bills as never gets past the error message.
Screen refresh multiple times without any success.
Account profile accessible so all my login credentials are valid - and despite this I've changed my password and used the new one without any difference.
Is anybody having the same issue ??

Yes, I have been trying to do this for three months and had several conversations, but still no access to my account to check activity?

That's exactly how my account is too. Frustration after so much time. Had all kinds of reasons given and given the changes with BT and how they work with EE. Each conversation is different and still access remains impossible.

As long as you have 1-2 hours each time you have to phone, which at the moment stands at 9 times for me after 25 years of great service.

Exactly that as described been trying to see my account since transferred over from BT they keep saying the issue is resolved and it isn't
