Unable to access account details - we are getting things ready

Unable to access copies of bills as never gets past the error message.

Screen refresh multiple times without any success.

Account profile accessible so all my login credentials are valid - and despite this I've changed my password and used the new one without any difference.

Is anybody having the same issue ??

Hi Leanne,

Reading through the thread, someone else has already been through the process of calling. Nothing has been done. The issue is still ongoing. No help. Inexcusably poor for a communications company. Maybe EE need a new team.

For first time in some months today I was able to login and retrieve my own invoices.

There was no notification from the EE team that they had changed anything or fixed the issue - but for me at least it seems as if functionality has been restored.

If you've been replying to this message trail then give it a go yourself.

When I did retrieve my invoice, however, I had the wonderful discovery that I've been billed for the production of invoices being sent to me when I had no access and wanted them emailed which presumably would have saved the postage cost I've now been billed for - nice !!

I think you stirred them into action !!

Still the same for me, just the profile available. Absolutely useless. I notice that the support team have gone quiet again.

I'm not surprised that you've been charged for invoices that you were unable to download due to their ineptitude. EE / BT are just a bunch of money grubbing asshats. If it was my company, I would close it down.

Yes! For the last 9 months I have had the same problem, after numerous calls to EE they referred me to the comms ombudsman, I ended up with a letter of apology and £50 off one months bill. I'm now being told that because of the ombudsman's involvement (something that EE themselves told me to do) there us nothing further that can be done and so I can never access my account again. I cannot believe the shoddy approach EE have had throughout this process and the fact that they clearly couldn't care less. Thankfully my contract is up next month and after 30 years (I was originally with Orange!) I will be going to another provider.
