Need Help. 150 doesn’t work and i’m trying to unrestrict my agreement

Hi guys. Really need help, i’m 24 hours away from having my payment plan cancelled as i’m struggling financially. I’m trying to call 150 but all the automated voice is telling me is that they cannot put me through to an advisor. Been trying all morning and afternoon. These are desperate times so if a rep could see this and call me directly on [Number removed] so I can propose a new date for payment to unrestrict my service, this would be so helpful. Thanks in advance

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
