Hi @plankton1969

Welcome to the community.

Bosnia isn't included in all of our plans, but you may be covered if you have a Full Works plan that includes Zone 1 countries.

The best way to check is to head over to our roaming costs checker, and login with your EE account details, which will then let you know if your plan covers usage in Bosnia.

If you aren't covered, and you have a pay monthly contract, you can purchase a 7 day add-on for £25, or a 24 hour pass for £5 per day to be able to use your data allowance, calls within Bosnia and back to the UK, receiving calls and sending texts within Bosnia or back to the UK.

The online roaming webtool https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs > choose country, has the option to login to your account to get a personalised check.

If all else fails, the fallback position on pay-monthly would be a £5/day charge to use your UK allowances. Do ensure you enable coverage in Bosnia by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.

PAYG users simply use your phone in the UK before travelling, to ensure the free roaming facility is enabled.

You'll receive a Welcome text upon arrival at a country giving your roaming options.

If you are on contract, you may use your usual UK allowances in the EE ROW Zone 1 with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more, when you buy the Zone 1 Pass for £5 / day or £25 / week or already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE Full Works or EE Max Plan. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/bosniaherzegovina.
