Well, a message comes up asking if I want to download as a pdf, I press yes, and nothing happens. I’ve been trying every time I get notice of my bill, for a few months now, and when I try to get help, I just get bespoke questions that don’t apply to my situation.

I’ve just started up my iPad to test this on and I don’t get the “Do you want to download as a PDF”.
I click Bills & Payment. Then click at the bottom Download Your Bill, it then slides across and I can see all my last 12 months of bills and I click the yellow facing downward arrow and it, Failed. It works on my iPhone no problem. I think EE need to sort this out so the app is fully iPad compatible.
Im just trying this via Safari.

@Prim3 If you login to THIS you can download your bill via safari. Just remember to setup where your download is saved to first.
Open Settings>Safari and you can choose when your download is saved too? On the device or on your iCloud Drive.

@Prim3 : Do you not see a download notification at top of screen? Have you looked in the Download folder?
